BVI.EU launches a strategic project in the presence of local authorities and company leadership.
Ans, 13 June 2025 – Real estate developer BVI.EU is marking a new milestone in Wallonia’s economic landscape with the symbolic laying of the first stone of the Bonne Fortune Green Business Park, located in Ans. This project represents a new generation of business parks, focused on innovation, sustainability, and flexibility for SMEs. Ideally situated between Liège city centre and its airport, at one of the main gateways to the Liège metropolitan area, the park offers businesses a prime location.
The project is located on a Redevelopment Site (SAR) – a former industrial brownfield rehabilitated to host a new-generation business park. Ground preparation began in February 2025, with construction work scheduled to start in August. This first phase includes buildings B, C, D, E and F, with delivery planned for the third quarter of 2026.
The park will feature 101 modular and flexible SME units starting from 140 m², as well as Build-to-Suit buildings of up to 24,000 m², available for sale or lease. All spaces are fully adaptable to tenants’ needs: workshops, production areas, warehouses, offices, B2B showrooms, or laboratories.
To date, 70% of the units in phase 1 have already been sold or rented, demonstrating the project’s strong appeal and momentum. The ceremony was attended by Grégory Philippin, Mayor of Ans, Walter Herben, First Alderman in charge of Public Works, Anne-Marie Libon, Alderman for Economic Affairs, Jurgen Mesens, CEO of BVI.EU, and Éric Roubaud, Business Unit Director – Wallonia. All praised the development as a major step forward that meets the concrete needs of modern businesses while adhering to the highest environmental standards.
