On Thursday 20 April, BVI.EU hosted a keynote at Parc de l’Europe Green Business Park in Wavre! We are now building the final phase there with brand new offices/B2B showrooms. Companies will be able to move in here from mid-2024.

We had the pleasure of welcoming none other than the Mayor of Wavre Anne Masson, as well as a handful of entrepreneurs from Wavre and the surrounding area. Chief Development Officer Geoffroy Dumonceau also delivered a keynote around the BREEAM Excellent certification, and how we at BVI.EU aim to obtain it by the end of 2023. Such a BREEAM Excellent certification is the most popular sustainability certification in Europe in terms of ecological impact.

On 21 March, BVI.EU launched its latest real estate project “Quantum Biospace” at an extensive press conference. That new 63,000 m² business park (or rather call it “business village”) in Wavre-North is specifically designed for biotech, deep-tech, pharmatech companies. BVI.EU is expanding further in Walloon Brabant! The building permit for the brand-new Nivelles-Nord Green Business Park has just been granted. Construction works can therefore start soon.

On Wednesday the 7th of December, BVI.EU laid the foundation stone of Green Business Park Ecolys in Rhisnes! 

Together with Mayor of Namur Maxim Prévot, General Manager of BEP (an organisaton that focuses on the economic, social and environmental development of the Province of Namur) Renaud Degueldre and a handful of local entrepreneurs, BVI.EU gave the starting shot for construction works on this Green Business Park. Colleague Geoffroy Dumonceau (Chief Development Officer) first presented this project in-depth, afterwards there was a delicious lunch.
