BVI.EU launches the Panier Vert Green Business Park in Nivelles

Mar 21, 2025

BVI.EU takes another step forward with the official laying of the first stone of the Panier Vert Green Business Park – an ambitious project that is reshaping the economic landscape of Nivelles. Designed for the businesses of today and tomorrow, this sustainable business park combines flexibility, innovation and environmental performance.

A strategic and flexible park for modern enterprises

Ideally located at the crossroads of the E19 and E42 motorways, the Panier Vert Green Business Park enjoys exceptional visibility from the E19 and direct access to major mobility routes.
This 34,000 m² economic hub offers 76 modular SME units (from 144 m²) as well as custom-built buildings (from 1,500 to 9,000 m²), suited to a wide range of activities: modern offices, B2B showrooms, laboratories, storage and production spaces.
Its success is undeniable: 85% of the site has already been taken up during the first commercialisation phase.

Thanks to the flexibility of our spaces, companies can establish themselves on surfaces ranging from 100 to 10,000 m², with several sites of this scale strategically located across Wallonia. At BVI.EU, we are committed to driving the region’s economic renewal by developing modern and sustainable infrastructures designed to support business growth and meet tomorrow’s challenges. All this in close collaboration with municipalities and local authorities – together building Wallonia’s economic future.

Michel Meers

Founder of BVI.EU

In Belgium, BVI.EU currently holds around 200,000 m² of already approved permits, with many other projects in preparation, confirming its commitment to the country’s economic development.

A strong commitment to a sustainable future

BVI.EU integrates this project into a responsible development approach by adopting high energy-efficiency technologies aimed at reducing its ecological footprint:

  • Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps
  • Charging stations for electric vehicles
  • Rainwater recovery and use of sustainable materials

Soft mobility is also encouraged: located near the RAVeL network, the park is easily accessible, with Nivelles station only 3 km away and a TEC bus stop at 700 metres, facilitating travel for entrepreneurs, employees and clients alike.

A driver of economic development for Nivelles

The launch of the Panier Vert Green Business Park marks the emergence of a new economic hub offering modern, flexible and sustainable infrastructures.
Through this project, BVI.EU reaffirms its commitment to supporting business growth towards a greener and more efficient future.
