What will your role be ?

As a Sales Consultant for BVI.EU, you report to the Head of Sales and have the following responsibilities:

  • You ensure the commercial success of several of our projects;
  • You inform the leads and prospects of our real estate solutions by telephone and e-mail;
  • You schedule meetings with prospects, draw up offers and monitor them with a view to a signed compromise;
  • You handle all information accurately in CRM, you perform file updates to help prospects and customers even more effectively;
  • You approach prospects and customers proactively;
  • You actively participate in our events and network events in search of new customers.


Who are we looking for?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree with at least one initial experience in a commercial role.
  • You are French speaking and have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • You have experience in selling commercial real estate off-plan.
  • You have experience in renting office space.
  • You have an IPI number.
  • You know how to communicate and you have easy contact with people.
  • You are proactive and like to take initiatives.
  • You are a team player, but you also know how to work independently.
  • You have good knowledge of computer programs (Word, Exel, Outlook).
