BVI.EU is expanding further in Walloon Brabant! The building permit for the brand-new Nivelles-Nord Green Business Park has just been granted. Construction works can therefore start soon.
‘Nivelles-Nord’ Green Business Park will join the already existing and established INBW business park “LES PORTES DE L’EUROPE”, where economic activity is already numerous at present.
On a site of just over 2.6 ha, BVI.EU is building 14,800m² of commercial real estate. In total, 46 SME units ranging from 144m² to 2,340m² of floor space will be built, spread over five buildings. These units can be optimally divided according to customer requirements. There will be space for craft and semi-industrial companies that want to combine their production hall, workshop or storage space with an office, for example.
