BVI.EU announces the initiation of Lübeck Green Business Park, an innovative and sustainable business park meticulously designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and growing businesses. The business park offers 40 flexible SME units and a bespoke building that can be tailored to different business needs, from storage space to B2B showrooms.
A bespoke ecosystem for business growth
Lübeck Green Business Park is more than just a business park; it’s an incubator for innovation and entrepreneurship. The facilities are designed to create a dynamic atmosphere that encourages collaboration. With 40 flexible SME units ranging from 70 sqm to 3,000 sqm spread across three buildings, the park caters to a wide range of business needs, from manufacturing and distribution to storage and B2B showrooms. The bespoke building, also known as a built-to-suit building, is ideal for businesses looking for more spacious, customised solutions.
“At BVI.EU, we create workspaces with one goal in mind: to completely unshackle our clients so they can focus on their core activities,” explains Michel Meers, founder of BVI.EU. “We combine state-of-the-art construction techniques, smart technology and sustainable materials in a contemporary design to realise the ideal workspace.”
Where eco-friendliness meets a prime location
“Sustainability is at the heart of the design and construction of our business parks,” Michel Meers continues. “A substantial 20 % of the business park in Lübeck is composed of green spaces, including almost 5,000 sqm of pristine green areas and a centuries-old hedge that plays a pivotal role for the local fauna and flora. The buildings with optimised interior and exterior design not only reduce energy consumption, but also lower operating costs for businesses.”
BVI.EU offers sustainable amenities at Lübeck Green Business Park such as high-speed internet connectivity, charging stations for bicycles and electric vehicles, heat pumps, optional solar panels, sensor-controlled LED lighting and excellent insulation.
The business park is also strategically located with excellent transport links, including immediate access to the A20 coastal motorway and the A1. Hamburg Airport is easily accessible via the motorway, and a bus stop is situated 400 metres from the park’s entrance. In addition, Lübeck’s main railway station is about 5 km north of the business park and can be easily reached by bike or bus.
“We are very pleased to have found a renowned developer in BVI for our last sub-area in the Genin-Süd industrial park, who will invest in a business park and thus create space and opportunities for smaller companies in this attractive location directly by the A20,” says Dr. Ralph Bruns, division manager at KWL GmbH.
After the success of our first project in Germany, Carnaperhof Green Business Park in Essen, Lübeck Green Business Park is BVI.EU’s second project on German soil.
