BVI.EU continues its expansion in France! We just acquired the building permit for La Malle Green Business Park in Saint-Brice-Courcelles (northwest of Reims). So very soon, we will start building here!
On a site of approximately 10,000 m², around 4,000 m² of commercial real estate will be realised where SMEs can further develop their activities in comfort. There will be 22 SME units ranging from 80 m² to 330 m² of floor space. These will be offered for rent.
Both traditional and semi-industrial companies in need of a production hall, a workshop or storage space, whether or not combined with office space, will be welcome here. There is also the possibility of combining several SME units into a larger unit.
