On Friday, March 10, BVI.EU laid the foundation stone of Green Business Park Hélécine! From the fourth quarter of 2023, the 30 modular SME units of this Green Business Park will be available.
More than 40 entrepreneurs, partners and acquaintances were present in Hélécine last Friday to give the official starting shot for the construction works of Hélécine Green Business Park together with BVI.EU. Mayor of Hélécine Pascal Collin first warmly welcomed the attendees. Then, colleague and Chief Development Officer Geoffroy Dumonceau explained everything about the future SME park. After that, a sumptuous breakfast buffet was served.
This ultramodern SME park is first of all very conveniently located, almost halfway between Brussels and Liège. The business park will consist of 30 flexible SME units with a surface area starting from 60m² that can be combined with the neighboring unit, and can be customized to be delivered turnkey with all the necessary technical installations. The SME units offer storage or production space that can be combined with a workshop and/or office space. They will be available from the 4th quarter of 2023.
Hélécine Green Business Park will enrich the already existing InBW business park “Espace Hélécine Innovation” and will create new economic opportunities for investors and companies wishing to establish themselves right between Brussels and Liège. Entrepreneurs will be able to buy or rent the units so that the concept is fully adapted not only to the needs of each company, but also to its financial resources.
